Lead scaffolding crews on diverse projects involving frame, tube-and-clamp, modular system scaffolding, and shoring.
Ensure all projects meet strict OSHA and company safety guidelines.
Coordinate directly with clients and contractors to deliver customized scaffolding solutions.
Mentor team members, emphasizing quality workmanship, safety awareness, and professional development.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ scaffolding experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
Deep understanding of frame, tube-and-clamp, and modular scaffold systems.
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
Strong communication skills and proven ability to lead teams effectively.
